Who said anything about sleep?

They said use a catchy title. How's that for the title for this update?

Of course, it also happens to be true. Okay so... I have, in fact, been getting sleep. But I have been busier than ever before between everything I'm doing with my writing, the day job, and my screenwriting project I have on the side.

Let's see... I finished my latest edits Frozen in the Night a few days ago and formatted it for the Kindle so I could do a read through. I'm sending it over to my editor on Monday, and then I've got to decide what I want to do with it. I'm still up in the air over whether I want to query or self-publish this book. However, I've resolved that I won't actually self-publish anything until 2020 at the earliest. Why rush?

The week before this one, I submitted a story to NYC Midnight for their 2019 Short Story Competition, and the month before that I finished writing my other WIP, Prometheus Burning.

Next week, I'm finishing revision for a pilot script I'm working on, as well as continuing with my TV Development class through UCLA Extension. This course goes on until the end of March.

Also next week, I'll start working on my next project. I'm up in the air between starting The Dimension of Us, When September Ends, OR beginning book three of the Hibbitz books. We'll see. I'm also planning on starting an Anastasia retelling, though that might be a bit before I begin.

OH AND LASTLY! Before I sign off... we're going to Hawaii in two weeks! "I WANNA GO TO HAWAII, YAY!" Bonus points to anyone who remembers where that reference is from. Crazy how my life has come so full circle that I finally get to say Hawaii is actually a thing that is happening.

I think this is a good update for now, right? Well, even if it isn't, that's all I've got for now :)

I'll be back soon with more!

For now... life is crazy busy.

But crazy busy is good!
